Anyone have any personal experiences about this that could help me make up my mind. Some tell me its a bad idea, some say I shouldnt be so picky because im an ugly fuck myself. Whaddya think?

There is this hot manager that always winks at me when she walks by my cube and we have lunch every now and then. She doesnt wear a wedding band or anything like that but shes like 10 years older than me at least. shes hot, nice and has a nice voice and an ass like a nectarine. its hard for me to get my work done cause i like her alot. Shoud i go for it or not?
