He's a smart man, but just because he splurs his words, or doesn't use "perfect english" doesn't mean he's a retard.

Hell, I know a few people who have degrees in engineering, excellent in math, and most likely the smartest people I've ever met but they studder, splur their words, and have a hard time speaking. Some people just aren't able to finish a sentence without splurring their words, or stuttering beyond belief. Just because they have a lisp, or someother speech impediment doesn't make them stupid.
