I've been noticing that when players start preparing for deployment and the round end b4 they enter the battle, that at beginning of next round they are shown in the the server with a 999 ping. Does this have to do something with the way I have the server set up or what? It happens all the time and about half the time they cant even enter after that.

This is a new server and it came pre-set. How can I check if they have some kinds realism on. It seems that people die faster on it that normal.
