I think he was trying ot say he respects people more or being who they are then trying to be someone else. I.E. more respect goes to the kid who cna get along with everyone cause hes being himself than to the skiiny white kid who wears pants around his ankles foot ball jerseys, due rags, and is always talking in ebonics and speaking about 40's, nines, and pot.
