I am currently working on a skin for the M2 allied frag grenade, that will be a translucent blue when finished. how can I make a transparent texture in photoshop? and colorit?

also, I am working on a mod of the bazooka. where in pak2 can I find the tracer and projectile .tgas? what are they called? I was thinkin about doing either a fireball, or a fuel rod round from halo.
