Burning Bridge is a server that does what you requested. It cycles though about 9 or so maps.

Omaha
Snowy Park
Destroyed Village
Algiers
Remagen
V2
French Town(Forgot Name)

Plus each map has its own limits so you can set Omaha at 2 rounds and V2 at 5 rounds. The telefrag issue has been resolved for the most part but this mod is still in testing as there are a few more bugs to work out. Elvite (From Elvite's Voting Tools) created this mod.
