Default How to use a sig, and Image Upload sites - 05-03-2004, 04:15 AM

First of all, weve got rules:

Maximum Width: 450 px.
Maximum Height: 150 px.
Maximum Filesize: 100 kb.

Now, youve got to find, or make, yourself the sig you want.
If you made the sig yourself, you have to upload it so you can use it at the forum. Ive put together a list of upload sites that I will check every now and then:

Upload sites:
http://www.thesighost.com - restrictions unknown
http://www.photobucket.com - requires registration
http://paintedover.com - 1.5mb max
http://www.uploadimages.net - 1024kb max
http://sigs.xs.to - 50kb max
http://imageshack.us/index.php - 1.5mb max
http://www.glowfoto.com - restrictions unknown
http://teamwf.com/upload/ - restrictions unknown

Once you have uploaded the signature somewhere and copied the url, go to your profile and click "Edit Signature".
You will see a big empty box (unless youve already put something there) and a box for uploading directly to the forums.
Now, put in the url to your picture together with the following (minus the ' ):

['img]http://www.location.com/of/youruploadedimage.jpg[/img']

If you want your signature to be a link aswell, then use this instead:

['url=http://www.theurlyouwanthere.com/]['img]http://www.location.com/of/youruploadedimage.jpg[/url'][/img']

If done properly, the result should look like this:
