like he said, most immigrant come to the US for a reason, better jobs than a man of their expertise can get in their homeland.
Russia, China, India, etc. have EXCELLENT scientific education but they treat their doctors and scientists like dirt; so its natural that all the good ones leave for a place that appreciates them and pays them well.
