I couldn't get this to look right using gif so I went down the png route. The problem is, as you well know, Internet Explorer is a cock when it comes to png transparency, so the pic above looks as if it has a light blue/grey background if you're looking at it in IE. It looks exactly as God intended it to look if you're using Opera or one of the Mozilla flavoured browsers.

Anyway, keep the transparency and stick 2 fingers up at IE users, or make the background a solid colour? Or ditch the pile of shit totally? eek:

Edit: Maybe a black and white version would make it look better to IE users...?
