Yeah, those are old school, in Canada it's hard to find Potassium Nitrate they took it off the shelves at drug stores, me and my friends used to make those, we made enough that it filled up a pepsi can, we lit it off at a park and the whole park was covered in thick white smoke, gotta find some more of that potassium.

But you also have to be very careful when making it, some people, like us, used a soup can and a torch to cook it until it looked like shit, and one day my buddy's dad was helping us cook it and he help the torch on one spot for to long and it started to flare and smoke and he got some embers on his chest and arms.
