Default DirectDraw and Direct3D problems - 12-26-2004, 06:23 PM

Originally, I had a problem installing directx 9.0c, but after a 4hour installation period, it installed. But for some reason, the DirectDraw and Direct3D seemed to not update. When I go through dxdiag, it says this under the "display" tab.

The file nvdisp.drv is not digitally signed, which means that it has not been tested by Microsoft's Windows Hardware Quality Labs (WHQL). You may be able to get a WHQL logo'd driver from the hardware manufacturer.
DirectDraw test results: Failure at step 7 (User verification of fullscreen bouncing): HRESULT = 0x00000000 (error code)
Direct3D 7 test results: All tests were successful.
Direct3D 8 test results: Failure at step 32 (User verification of Direct3D rendering): HRESULT = 0x00000000 (error code)
Direct3D 9 test results: Failure at step 32 (User verification of Direct3D rendering): HRESULT = 0x00000000 (error code)

Is there any way to fix these DirectDraw and Direct3D problems?

Main Driver: nvdisp.drv
Version: 4.14.0010.6694 (English)
WHQL Logo'd: No
Mini VDD: nvmini.vxd
VDD: *vdd
DDI Version: 9 (or higher)
