Really, you squatted down, and instead of toilet paper, you took a bowl of water, and splashed it upon your butt. In the richer areas, it would be a regular American toilet seat, with a spray gun to the side...really hurt, it hit the target and squirted into my asshole, giving me the strangest feeling, like I was shitting backwards.
