I have it at 85 and my game runs smooth. I say stay where your at now sin and be happy with it. My old refresh rate was 60 then i tweaked it to 85 and toned down my resoulution to 1024x768 32 bit color on a gf2mx400 EDIT: Sin if you want the new PW for our server ill e mail it to you.
