It seems as though the guy had a backpack which went off (probably at the wrong time) The blast seemed to be focused outwards, and not to him, probably detailing that he had some kind of shielding... It's amaznig how everyone went and picked up the guy and helped him... I mean, was he the bomber??? He looked american! Where is this?!?!
