Guess the producers wanted him to re-start the series again. Still confuses me how Judi Dench plays M..Bernard Lee was the first M then all the sudden they go back to the first novel and put Dench in that position. Guess they won't pay attention to the books outline. But like I said they are just re-starting the series.
