I went to see this with the girlfriend today, wasn't sure if it was a good idea to go with her due to the sexual jokes, but she wanted to see it.

It has mushy scenes, about 60% of the movie is mushy. But there are a lot of good jokes thrown in too, girlfriend seemed to be laughing a lot even when they were some crude sexual ones.

Paul Rudd, supporting actor in the movie who was also in 40 Year Old Virgin, stole all the scenes that he was in.

I give it 4/5 stars.
It's like a mix of "Old School" and "40 Year Old Virgin".
See it with your girlfriend if you want to score some brownie points due to the drama in the movie about having kids and loving someone.
If she isn't anal, she'll like the jokes in the movie too... but beware... some are pretty intense jokes, though hilariously executed. The trailer doesn't do the movie justice, there are funnier scenes.
