i was wondering (with all of the peeps crying about skins) if it was possible to make a server side only skin choice? one skin for axis, one for allies. if u can eliminate weapons from some servers couldnt u only have two skins available on your server? basically a server side force models. anyways, some stoopid idea to think about.

DMz Dog Tags has this option. Still, it only updates the skins every so often (determined by you, of coarse). But the fact that you'd be pissing a cheater off is enough. evil:

Not really - You can still have bright coloured neon skins which are just versions of the original skins and under the same name - its also untracable.

There's a limit to what you can do currently. This all goes back to the same complaints that everyone's been spitting out for the past couple months - no SDK means no way to combat cheaters.

Well, here's what you can do. Run Delator - it's a good tool and has helped me to identify quite a number of cheaters. If you're not comfortable with that, use DMz Dog Tags to either eliminate the use of force models, or to enforce force models with a specific skin in mind. And all the while accept that you can't catch them all. No body likes it, but it's no reason to constantly let it ruin your good time.
