Let me ask you though, if you went to see david blaine, would you sit there and think "wow! amazing! he must be a messiah!"

or would you think "pfft, his tricks are all just an illusion"

some of the things david blaine does are hard to figure out - so if one guy can do magic tricks all those years ago, is it any wonder they would have been amazed at him.
So what if he was cruicified - i bleive he was crucified by the romans who saw him becoming a political threat, as his followers were starting to show their resent for the romans even more.
Resurection? isnt there just the slighest possible chance than some of his trusty friends rescued him, took him to a cave where he recovered.........or is that just not feesable for even just an instant. you said so yourself youre starting to beleive about brainwashing - so can you not also beleive that the whole concept of god might not be true?
