Default graphical errors on omaha - 11-11-2002, 07:42 AM

yo. just recently i was at a friends house playing on his puny ass radeon 8500 (with all the goodies turned on). I was on omaha... but there were big time glitches going on. first of all, the sand was white...like, not WHITE, but white, until 3/4's up the beach. another thing was i couldn't see the pillboxes and gunners until i got super close to them. i lowered the graphics settings, but this did nothing. what can the poor bastard do? evil:

I could get a 9700 right now if i wanted but i can;t be arsed at the minute. Upgrading pc's pisses me off, you can have a top of the range pc for like a month before something surpasses it. My config at the minute runs all my games fine so im gonna wait till after the new year to upgrade probably.

8500 RADEON = GF4 Ti 4400. GF4 Ti 4400 = Non-puny. Anything before a GF3 Ti 200 is now considered outdated, even GF2 Ultras.

As for this issue, you need to install the newest video drivers.
