When I try to install,it stops and my PC just can't work ,then I have to shut it off manually.

What is wrong with my pc ?

go to task manager...ctrl alt delete, and "end process" or close rundll32.exe

Try this:

1. Delete any of it that might be installed.

2. Scan disc your hard drive

3. Defrag your hard drive

4. Turn off any virus scanner or other unneeded program

5. Try a re-install.
