Don't let yourself be fooled into a false sense of security. Cheat skins today come with simple instructions to name them after the standard player skins. Even worse, most cheat skins already replace the original game skins even when added in an additional pk3.
A skin detector will only catch the real newbies, and experience learns once you have caught people with these newbie skins, they will succeed in finding themselves ones that are undetectable.

Also, don't rely on the 'anti-force-models' there is already a simple way around it (which I'm not going to state here, as that will tell exactly how to get around it to all who is trying to cheat themselves). I hope you forgive me for that
