Well when you talk about them being part of the war, is where poor judgement on 2015's part comes into play.

In the real war there were very few rockets and I'm assuming gewehrgranates. As for the shotguns, There are no notable recollections of when they were employed during the war. Simply put, The game should have never featured the shotguns, gewehrgrantes, or rocket launchers in the first place.

Either that or they should have limited the number of each type of weapon that could be in use at one time. That would have been the best way to do things.
