Should EA have put in "being able to go prone" like the nazis do in single player into the game for the user to do?

Everyone knows mission 2: scuttle the u-boat
just before you go into the research building, all of the enemys always go prone to make themselves harder to hit. I think this is unfair to the player in the way that we should be able to go prone as well, in single player and in MULTIPLAYER

It ws just something stupid that EA didn't put in. I don't think anyone would object to EXTRA FEATURES to the game.

Yes they should but they wont, that involves all new coding as they have to do something to enable viewing at that level, just like with landsharking your low to the ground but your view isnt from that level it looks as though your standing.
