Default Changing map issues.... - 12-21-2002, 04:37 AM

Hey fellas..
I have installed alot of maps to our public server 62.119.28.214:12206

The problem is i cant work out what to write to change to them. We play tdm maps on our server. I know if i want to play destroyed village that i have to write the following:

rcon map dm/mohdm2

I tried doing the same and just writing the file name of the new maps but didnt seem to work. Anyway here is a list of the maps i added. Anyone that can help, it would be very greatly appreciated.
Maps:

BSunrise3-3a.pk3
Hide-and-Seek2.pk3
lastcastle1.pk3
russia.pk3
Tirtagaine-Kechtat.pk3
urbansprawl.pk3
User - bob_carentan.pk3
User_astro_dmworldcup.pk3
User-Aftermath.pk3
User-Arnhem.pk3
user-bastogne.pk3
User-CanalTown_V2.pk3
User-Despair.pk3
User-dm_thunder.pk3
User-SmallCity.pk3

Thanx again to anyone that can tell me what to write in rcon to get these to work :-)

It will be hard to get any real answers hear, being a game moh console forum, not in game console for mohaa

Try posting this in the General forum, you'll get more answers there.

You need to get the actual mapfile name. Open the map pk3 and look for xxxxxx.bsp. Use the name xxxxx without the .bsp .

Heres Bazooka Sunrise3:

rcon map dm/BSunrise3-3a

You can also use the command:

[code:5d3c4]rcon serverinfo[/code:5d3c4]

This will bring up a bunch of info including the map rotation and the names of the maps in said rotation.

Yea, what Bane said is easier if the map is already installed.
Thanks Bane!
