lol you n00b, a sig is the picture that gets attached everytime you post at the bottom of ur post.. you make them anywhere you can make a jpg or gif, go to the introduce yourself forum to learn more

Mountain, a sig is the pic under your post. It's bascially a way to make your self independant from others. If you want a nice one of war,chicks, or whatever ask Zoner91, or other talented Sig makers.

Hey Mountainbiker, I guess they've already answered your question but basically all you need is some picture editer software like Paint Shop or Adobe Photoshop. I'm not very good at it - Zoner did mine - but here's any example.
