i saw in one server they had a mod going where every weapon shot tracers, and i thought it was kinda neat, does anyone here know what it is or where to get it i would like to give it a try. spanks.

to give your gun tracers it you just need to modify the .tik files that correspond to each weapon.

Simo, those files are big, with tons of things in them. Telling him to edit the tik is almost not helping at all.

More specifically, you need to change the "tracerfrequency" line to 1 (so every bullet is a tracer, or use whatever number you want). Then you have to slow down the bullet speed (or so I've heard). Otherwise they won't show up.

the tiki files are in either pak0 or pak1 you need to get them for each gun and have to retain both the orginal name and file structure otherwise it won't work.

oh the tiki files can be opened with notepad.

I don't see a field there that allows the muzzle velocity to be lowered.
