Ok, I think the 'fun' has gone on long enough in this thread.
I'd hate to ruin everyone's enjoyment here but I feel the need to point out some things.

A lot of you are being mis-informed, and likely by someone no more mature than teamgod themselves.

Noctis does not understand what even HE is talking about, let alone the rules that govern behaviour on the internet or 'cyberspace'.

The cyber crimes division of the American judicial system is a bare bones staff dedicated to cases which, most often, involve monetary loses in the tens of thousands. Not a hundred dollars, or 2 minutes of lost time on a gaming server.

The local police would brush off the work of teamgod as a deviant act, talking perhaps to their parents, if any action were taken at all.

Jail time? Are you that immature to believe jails are filled so easily?

Recently a man who ran the Drink or Die software distribution group was sentenced to only THREE YEARS for distrubuting BILLIONS of dollars worth of software online. Do you still think they would recieve jail time?

As for their webhost. I see no proof that they've taken any server down. Please, show some proof that would hold up in the court of law (which this would never make it to, as it holds no water nor does it involve large monetary losses).

 Server Logs? Easily fabricated.

 IPs? Easily fabricated.

Emailing their host? Weak scare tactic. Which I doubt was much more than a lengthy, overly verbose email stating you lost 'Large amounts of enjoyment due to these miscrients!'

The fact that you repeatedly state you 'Own' or 'O\/\/N' them is in stark contrast to your attitude toward them. You almost sound as if you're in the same league as them.

False claims and ego boosting posts.

Are you sure you're not in teamgod, Noctis?

 ¤ is right.
It is highly unlikely that anyone will care about a few minutes (or seconds) of your server being down. It doesn't cause damages and in no way can make you lose money.

More idiots to explain away, this thread is becoming a liability. Let's see here:
First, the FCC as well as the FBI have both already said that members of TeamGOD would be prosecuted if I pressed charges. Helps to have connections.

Second, fabrication. The FCC has been pulling logs directly. Asshat.

Third, even if for some reason the criminal charges don't succeed, I could more than easily win a civil suit on about five different charges with more than relative ease.

Fourth, and I can't believe I have to repeat this again, crashing servers is a denial of service attack. Last year a local 16 year old was put in jail (by the FBI) until he is 21 for crashing an informational website (non-governmental, generated no income) four times.

Fifth, about the "own" statements. They are solely for the purpose of mocking TeamGOD's constant claiming that they "own" someone. If you weren't an ill-informed, ignorant asshole, you'd be able to see this.

Sixth, if you don't like what I'm doing, fuck you. Because frankly, I don't give a rat's ass. All the flaming and all the bitching and all the whining and all the name-calling in the world won't stop me from carrying through with this, and I could give two shits whether you think it can happen or not. You might want to talk to TeamGOD about it though, they are already scared. That's why they delete all references to this thread on their site.

Seventh, it's time someone stood up to people who do things like this. For far too long people have had to watch their hard work and hard earned money be wasted by a bunch of 15 year olds who were abused by mommy and daddy and feel the need to lash out at the world.

So, say whatever you want to say. Make your ignorant, ill-informed, flaming posts. They don't change the facts. They don't change the support. And they won't keep TeamGOD's collective dumbass out of jail.

Bringing teamgod down? It seems more like this is one long vanity thread for himself. The most common word in his posts is 'Owned', usually followed up with 'by Noctis'.

Has he actually done anything? Where is this email he sent to the web host ?

This is nothing more than a post by some delusional self-proclaimed vigilante on a non-existent mission against a few kids having some fun at your expense.

Now run along kids, and stop giving Noctis the attention which should be directed toward the people who stop teamgod from crashing servers using actions and ability, instead of lengthy drawn out posts which are nothing more than foul words. |

 Provide proof.

I, for one, know you're lying.

FBI and FCC connections - They're not even remotely linked. I don't see how you'd have connections in both, unless daddy washes the floors at the pentagon, and mommy sweeps the floors at a radio station.

The rest of your post - Non-sense. Grow up.

First paragraph of the e-mail sent the the webhosts for three sites which are known to proliferate information on how to crash servers:
"A site which you host (TeamGod.net) has been implicated in the proliferation of information on how to conduct DoS (Denial of Service) attacks on several game servers located in the United States, the United Kingdom, Deutschland, and several other countries. All of the countries in which these attacks have occurred have laws against the proliferation of this information. They have also been implicated in the proliferation of information which serves only to harass individuals participating in several online gaming communities."

The entire response from TeamGOD's provider, which is being faxed the requested information today:

"We are in receipt of your demand regarding a request to remove and/or shut
down a particular website for alleged abuse. It appears that you claim that
the abuse is targeted at you an/or related third parties directly and that
one of our customers is alleging posting such materials in violation of your
 rights.

It is important to note that IPOWERWEB is not in the business to determine
what content, of any sort, is "good" or "bad" or whether it is "legal" or
"illegal". A judge or jury may ultimately make that decision. Rather, we
are simply in the web-hosting business. In almost all cases, we do not know
of alleged abuse or any other conduct on a particular customer web site
until it is brought to our attention.

Before IPOWERWEB can take any action regarding this matter, we require
certain particular information regarding each and every claim presented. A
blanket request is insufficient. All claims must be in writing and must
contain all of the following information:

 1. A physical or electronic signature from the complaining party;
 2. A detailed identification of the alleged abusive work/material;
 3. Complete contact information for the complainant (name, address,
 telephone number, facsimile number, electronic mail address);
 4. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use
of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the owner
 or the law; and
 5. A statement that the information contained in the notification is
accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is
authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Please note that PERJURY is deliberately giving false testimony; the act or
crime of knowingly making a false statement (as about a material matter)
while under oath or bound by an affirmation or other officially prescribed
declaration that what one says, writes, or claims is true.

Each complaining party must submit a separate claim. Please provide all of
the requested information, signed under penalty of perjury, to the
undersigned at 310-314-1610. IPOWERWEB cannot and will not act on this matter until all of this information is received for each claim.

IPOWERWEB advises you that this letter is written without prejudice to all
the rights and remedies it may have at law or in equity, all being hereby
 reserved on its behalf.
