The mp demo is badass, however i run at 10 fps in any firefight and have a 200 ping. The game is more frustrating than fun to me.
When does the Feb. issue of that mag come out? and does anyone have the sp demo ahead of time for any reason...like something i can get off kazaa.

In the console, type FPS 1 for a framerate counter.

Do Australia even get Computer Gaming World Magazine? I sure hope so, I don't think I can download another 130 Mb...

Im with ya there Echo, I'll download it but I really don't want to. We do get the magazine here, but it'll be a helluva lot later than everyone else. So fire up that 56k and go read a book for the rest of the day.

thanks for the info. Im with mustang, mp frickin rocks with a nice comp and zero ping, but we dont got those luxeries. I got a 200 ping and i run about 10 fps on the lowest settings. I was just over at my friends house and we LANed with 0 pings, it was damn fun but my comp still sucked. Just for info how many fps should i be getting with this...

I realize this aint great but i want to see what you guys say, also can u also give ur input on how many fps this system should get...

Being on the lower end of the chain, my computer is only a P3 550mhz with 128mb ram and a TNT2 Ultra. With all the settings at low (not lowest) the game runs quite smooth (20-30fps) at 640x480 although not quite as smooth as my friend's P1.7ghz at 1024x768. Try lowering your resolution and detail settings. MOH is very playable for me even on a detailed map like hunt with 36 players.

I'll download the SP demo no matter what! I left the MP demo to run all night, Flash Get can turn off the pc when it's done, so that's what i did i got up a 6:30am to play it hehehe

Also being in Australia there are not a lot of good mirrors for down here, so i get a m8 to upload it onto our private server
