I actually fancy myself as a sniper hunter. I have spent hours on the different maps locating different spots snipers like. That isnt to say I dont kill other classes. I especially like doing the "Assualt Sniper Rifle" approach and surprise the other team by charging with my sniper rifle and getting close combat kills. Then you have to deal with the aimbot accusations (why dont people understand that a rifle is more accurate then an SMG?) but most snipers hear this alot anyways. Nothing like laughing your butt off at the SMGer who runs into a room spraying bullets everywhere being dropped in one shot from a sniper rifle without using the scope...lol.

I love sniping. Finding that sweet spot where no one ever sees you. No I dont mean the places where the nOObs hide. The only draw back to being a good sniper as many of you have said are all the aimbot or wall hack accusations from shottywhores. They just get pissed off that their shot guns wont kill us at one thousand yards in one shot but our rifles can. Yep being a sniper is fun biggrin:

i have had 73 kills and 3 deaths. Purely because a) Its a Spawn Site
and B) Becasue i had team mates protecting my ass from behind.

Although i dont agree with Spornos, but heh. Works for me!!

Im a sniper freak, and I noticed you had "99" confirmed kills on your Hathcock quote, its actually 93 confirmed kills, but he has over 100 unconfirmed.

Anyway, I love snipers, im not a homocidal freak, but I like them as much to where im shooting for one in the USMC, basically im trying to be one, and I think ill make it. In MOHAA you guys basically said everything I do for skills, except how I hide... I usaully camp around the edge of a map so enemies cant come up from behind you and shoot ya in the ass. And I always make sure im on my teams side so they can be the frontline, and I of course always relocate, people always find ways of killing you in the hardest places to kill a sniper. My best score was on Crossroads 98/3

I just played Multi-Player MOHAA for the first time last night. I love the graphics and the realism.... but i am a n00b so i aint the best. I have to say the snipers kicked my ass... i was experimenting with the guns to find one i like, i would have to say my record so far was 20 kills and 9 loses.. is that ok?? I am thinking about joining a clan sooner or later but i think i will keep playing for a while until i sharpen up a bit. GL guys eatthis:

sniping aint that bad but mohaaa maps are a bit to small for a true sniping match so you gotta camp cus there are like 5 good sniping spots in a map

For everyone whinning about the players who are snipers and sit in one spot and don't leave that spot until they're killed, there is a name for that, people who do that are called SNIPERS! Real snipers don't move around AT ALL! The real life ROE of snipers says NOT to move around when your snipping. Real snipers are trained to ALWAYS shot from a stationary position. They find a good pearch, and stay there until they are killed, wounded, or they have completed their mission. Stop whinning because some guys actully act like real snipers unstead of just running around with scoped rifles.

I love sniping!! Nothing more satisfying then knowing that 1 shot is all that is needed. Plus its fun when you turn a corner and shoot someone point blank..they're like WTF???!! fire2: cry: M16:
