Seriously this is true, I've done extensive testing. I'm in a fraternity.

If you don't want to be an alcoholic (who doesn't?!) drink gatorade and rest. If you have to go to work/school, just don't talk to anyone and wear sunglasses if possible. There are other steps you can take depending on the severity of your hangover. Eating some high-carbohydrate foods is also good, you'll get some energy that way.

DO NOT DRINK MILK W/ A HANGOVER!!!!!!!! It turns to cottage cheese in your stomach. It does not taste as good going out as it on the way in! Try Taco Bell's burito supreme! They work for me!
