well the shuttle crew is kinda like celebrities. so maybe thats why they make that a big deal. as far as death goes Im sure that America with its murder rate. has a lot more deaths that most countries and we don't mourne these as much. people like police, gov, NASA. the are kinda like a celebrity. when princess di died.
