I believe you can do the WickedGL trick installation. But since you said it already told ya you need Multi texturing card im assuming you have a older rage chipset.....

But ill post anyway

download WickedGL
Rename your mohaa .exe file to Quake3.exe
Install WickedGL, if it asks for a supported game, point to the quake3.exe file u just made. After installation, rename back to the original filename. Your menus will now be hosed, but the game graphics should be playable until you get a better card
