I can't say for sure why Okoboji is so crowded during the 4th, but hey, it is, so I go hehehe. I've done RAGBRI my self 3 times I think, not the whole week at once mind you, but a day or two at once hehe.

My schedule prevents me from doing the whole week, although I hope to this year
