Help, i got a lag problem

During i play the game, it lags when someone or me use the voice command, but it will be fine when someone or me use the same command again. it is strange..anyone know how to fix it?

Start by posting some of you system specs

Could be something keeping a hold of the ram and not letting it go properly
Could be your sound card not being able to keep up

Try updating all your drivers.
sound
motherboard bois and PCI drivers
DX - only up to 8.1 if you dont like 9

Also check your sound card settings. see if lowering your sound acceleration helps
