I am one of those people who realises they are dreaming so they end the dream, wake up, check to make sure every thing is ok, then falls asleep. I also have a dream catcher in my room( they do work from my expierence) SO I dont get too many bad dreams. Good dreams I try to let go on and on and on and on biggrin:
