I cant convert the screenshots from a .tga format do you need some expence fancy tool or can use adobe 5?

Should be able to use photoshop (I am assuming you are using it since you said adobe 5). Just choose save as and choose jpg.

You may have to select "save a copy as" from the file menu, to convert. Hope this helps.
