France wants a big part in POST-War plans, but not the PRE-war plans. So they want us to fight Iraq, lose troops, then once we win, they want part of the oil exchange? Is this correct?

the French had a sweet oil deal with the present regime in Iraq and they want to be 1st in line to get another sweet deal. Oil for weapons is what France has done in the oast.
