When you get a hemoriod from drinking beer, smoking and coughing your guts up. Then it hurts yer butt when you shit. Plus it's itchy as hell. Then you gotta put this cream on your butt, which means you have to actually touch your butt hole. After that, you have to look at your butt hole with a mirror somehow to see if it's getting better.
