Can't install mods anymore $#@!&%$#

The only one I was able to install was the blood mod,I also try to install several mods,but the only one that worked was BM.if I did everything right and the BM was installed,why the other ones won't install?
I just installed the game again,D/Led the "newest" patch also.Am I missing something ? Sound mod doesn't work either.All the mods are from this site.

put them in main folder, I believe that spearhead sound mods only go in mainta. turn off texture compression

I did put in the main folder,like I always do,it is MoH not Spearhead.Very weird only the blood mod works.
