i got an iMac 500 Mhz G3 but just to make sure i could run on low settings i pumped up the RAM to 640 MB...
i'm planning on getting one of the newest Macs soon... *sigh*

Uhh well the first comp I played it on was a 1 gig AMD Athlon with 256 megs SD Ram. I sold that a couple weeks later and built one that was about the same. Ohh they both had G3's with 36 megs SD Ram. I sell computers by the way. I build them and then use them for "testing" evil: and then tell the buyer if its good. Soo now I have the one I built a while ago that I wont sell. Its an AMD Athlon Xp 2100+ with 512 megs of DDR Ram. 2 40 gig HDD's and an 80 gig Hdd. 128 meg DDR vid card.

I did, and currently, run the game on an AMD Athlon 750 with 128mb PC133, and an ATI All-In-Wonder Radeon 32mb. It's bad, I know, but the game is fun nonetheless. Maybe that's a real testament to the quality of the game.

I am running a 1.733 Ghz Athlon XP with 512 DDR ram and Rdaeon 9700Pro
On the other end of the spectrum my friend runs a 1 Ghz Athlon with 256MB ram and 64MB of video, but still runs real smooth with all the options turned down.

How does having a crappy computer mean your hardcore? If you spend money upgrading your computer then you are more hardcore becasue you spent all that money to play more games.

I remember playing MoHAA when it was just released.
My PC was fine (1200 Mhz.), but the graphics card was crap. 32 MB, GeForce2 MX. In singleplayer, not a real problem with 1024*768.
When online, I noticed a serious drop in framerate. Incredibly difficult to achieve a high score. Especially on 'Crossroads' and 'Snowy Park'.
After a few months I upgraded to a GeForce4, and joined my favorite server.
Damn, I surprised myself. I wasn't a mediocre player anymore. I turned out to be quite good.

heh heh....[NK]DDB101st, you might wanna take that hitler thing out of yer sig.
Your main sig loads way before the hitler one, so what you see is your main sig, with "<--look its a faggot" pointing at it. HAW HAW!
Anyway, I HAD a P3 550MHz, but recently upgraded to an Athlon 1.73GHz. Not the baddest machine on the block, but 90+fps isn't ALL bad, now is it?
