Super Heroes - Gambit, Wolverine, The Flash, Cyclops....ah fuck it, all the cool X-Men, Punisher....

Super Villians - Magneto and Omega Red....too many to mention, they are all pretty cool.

Wolverine is pretty badass
and I dont know if Spawn is considered a hero or a villain but he is also badass

and for Villain I'd say - Magneto
