now who in the hell trains to run a mile in 5 minutes? holy christ, i'd be happy to run it under my 7:30 and that is possible skipping a whole lap. I don't know, I can't count. THen again I aintg one of those skinny little twig boys who thinks running is the IN thing. To hell with my health and heart rate, as long as I can still kick ass in a arm wrestling match, I am still biggest cock in town.

Hell, 5 minutes is slacking in a track meet. Most guys run it in about 4:10-4:30. Take my word, I was on the track team this year, and I sucked so I'm sticking to baseball and football next year.
