Weapon skins

For some reason weapon skins dont work for me. I have tried over and over again to use weapon skins but they never change. How do i fix it?

ya weapon skins dont work for me either, and text compression is off. idk if theyr skinned or what, i always put everytinhg i dl in both mainta and main idk wtf the prob is..

Have you extracted alhe files>? and then copyied and pasted the extracted file into your main folder?

main and mainta in pk3 form.

My skins dont show up sometimes i kinda get the feeling i have saved em in the wrong way ie compresssed and in the wrong bit size.
maybe thats the problem

perhaps you have a realism mod or something else that modifies the default weapons tiki information.

I have herd of this before. You probly have saved it in the wrong place like you said
