Default Messed up MOHAA - 05-05-2003, 07:49 PM

I don't know if this has anything to do with my clan server getting messed up by cheaters, but here's what's happening...

My controls were messed up. Wouldn't let me turn, shoot, go forward, anything. I reinstalled MOHAA without thinking of setting the controls to default... I would also get a REALLY high ping. I used to get average 70-90 ping, now I'm getting 300-999.

Does this have anything to do with the "hackers"? I'm not running anything, so my connection should be speedy as usual.

Also note, in Spearhead everything is fine (my ping too).

Gah triple post, no edit feature = dumb

You know that little drop down menu in the MP screen, it says "Internet Connection"? I have mine to DSL, but whenever I apply it and go play, I go back to the screen and it says "10". I change it again, go back, and it's back to "10".

10? whoa, your game must have been laced with acid or something. I dont know of anything ese to do but uninstalling MOHAA, cleaning out your registry of MOHAA, then reinstall. Any custom mods or anything you have?

Run the Auto-Config (config.exe) in the MOH folder.
