Just a good thought for Memorial Day -
05-26-2003, 08:29 AM
I just wanted to post a few words in recognition and respect for those digital people we play on MOH that were real. I live in Georgia and support for the military is extremely high and deep rooted. I drove down a small street that had white wooden crosses with american flags standing from the top and the names of local men who fight and died in WWI and WWII. Just wanted to start a message of honor and respect.
Never forget!

I went to the cemetery this morning, and after the guard fired off the springfield salute and played taps, a sad emotion seemed to cover the area. never forget!

Remember every last one of them. From those who went on suicide batoney charges, to the big heroes, to the men who pissed their pants and hid in the foxhole, just being there was an act of bravery. Anyone could have just fled to Canada or purposly failed the test, but they went and fought for us. Even those who couldnt go strill went, like that guy from BoB, in Ep.4 when hes talking to Martin about tapping him in the leg went the light went on, because in reality, he was color-blind. He got the answeres from a friend to pass it.
Never forget!
