How do you make OBJ, TOW maps play as TDM

I was wonder how you go about making OBJ and TOW play as TDM? I there some tools I need. Any help would be great.

OK if its that easy what do you type in the config file for the server cause we have been tryin g to add these maps to are server and it saying it cant find the map. heres what we have been typing mp_berlin_tow and it will not load the map. Its a tdm server. Thanks again for the help
