what does Lens Flare accually do?, it seems lighting effects does the same thing

the lenceflare makes like a suni will get some pics up if some 1 tells me how to take a screen shoot of what windows i have open

hey ranny the thing i find best to do is have wateva you want on your screen, then press print screen, which is next to your F12 key. nuthin will appear to happen but load up an image veiwer, anything, even paint will do, and then paste it on a new blank image. then just simply cut out the bits you want biggrin:

Ok i got the sunflare and lights here even thougth it is a big diffrence dont know how u couldent tell but ok

Yeah in most cases Lighting effects are way better. Lens flare is great for making a realistic sun or something similar to that.
