ok so far all ive done is limit the rockets to 3, and you move at 80% when carrying the rocket launcher.

nades are limited to 3 too.

Ill have it on my server -W- KungFu Theater lowping (208.22.111.69) in a few minutes.

Thanks to the CPR guys for leaving //notes in the config files they changed. without you this would have taken a bit longer.
