FYI: the purpose of this message is to inform all that i was able to get a positive answer, furthermore a reply from the AlliedAssault team, and to inform all that the Full Screen Mod will be included with EyeCandy 2.0. I have made every attempt to try and safeguard the next release from using aforementioned Mod. I want the scope, I am confident that those who use EyeCandy 2.0 with this mod will be thankful as well. I just wanted to let you all know that i did try and prevent or limit the use of this mod filtering into a regular server.

Yes in case you have seen that everyone including EA is advertising InfinityWard as being the developer for the next release.

Why, because some of us might like to know that EA continues to stray away from the facts or to support past projects, AlliedAssault for just one example.
