Vietnam eh? A whole new kind of hell.
Welcome to the forum, and don't mind the flame wars to much. Hell if you survived that, then this is sailing.

My old boss was a vietnam vet. Don't know with what regiment though only that he was Cdn forces.

I think this first outing for MOH on the PC will meet with great success. I have played the original and Undrground for the Playstation. While they are not perfect they are entertaining. I'm looking forward to MOH Frontline for the PS2 in June. Rumor has it there will be an air combat game for the PS2 also. But I think add on packs for different European fronts and the Pacific for the PC version would be very popular. Being a 50 year old Viet Nam Vet I can see the value of teaching historical facts and figures to new generations while playing a well produced PC game. Any thoughts or comments?

What are you thoughts about someone developing a Viet Nam War related mod for this game?

I think any 20th century conflict would be interesting to develop. The Tet offensive in the cities, the highlands, jungle, even a Navy PBR mission ala Apocalypse Now. I am a studier of WWI and I think one of trench warfare and the first modern and mechanized war would be extremely interesting. Not many vets left from that era.
